    The main reason I became a Real Estate Broker is because I love working with people! In addition to selling homes, I teach elementary school and have taught for the past 10 years. Even though I adore teaching children, real estate is my passion. I enjoy helping individuals and families find a home that fits both their budget and their lifestyle. As a homeowner, I understand the daunting task of buying or selling a house. Therefore, it is my goal to make the entire process as easy and enjoyable as possible. My primary focus for the past seven years has been selling Memorial and Galleria condominiums, but I also have had great success selling homes and townhomes on the north, west and southwest sides of the city.

    I also have held a Texas Loan Officer License for the past 4 years. This enables me to be knowledgeable on both the buying and lending side of the real estate transaction. Many of my clients have obtained their loan using Royce Mortgage and were very satisfied with the quality and proficiency of our service.

    I have been with Royce Realty my entire 7 years, where I train new agents and have taught several real estate sessions on the evenings and weekends, in addition to selling property. I hope to continue teaching and finding homes for people for a very long time.

I will market your house through internet, television, newspaper, and word of mouth. I will work through numerous online partner sites to ensure your home receives maximum exposure. I understand that you want to get the most out of your house, so I will work effectively and diligently to get that accomplished in the shortest amount of time possible! Through communication and cooperation we will work together to sell your house.
